How does the free Pro trial work?
You automatically receive a one-time, 30-day Pro trial on your first signed-in app visit. No payment details are required. Paddle checkout becomes available only after the trial expires. You can then choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime Pro access, or continue using Free indefinitely. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends and nothing to cancel.
Can I import data from my current spreadsheet or notes?
Yes. BrassTrack features a beta CSV import for firearms, ammo stacks, and maintenance logs. Even if your existing sheet uses custom columns or unstructured notes, the import form provides a copyable AI prompt—simply paste it into ChatGPT or Claude alongside your data to produce a ready-to-import CSV in seconds.
How do I manage or cancel a paid plan?
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled through the Paddle billing portal or by email at info@brasstrack.app; access stays active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
How do refunds work?
Refunds follow Paddle terms and are handled case-by-case. See the Terms of Service and Paddle policies for details.
